2. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer

TrustyBooker is educational software only. We provide credit card tracking tools, calculators, payment reminders, and an AI-powered chatbot to help you understand credit management strategies.

3. What We Collect & Store

To provide our service, we collect and store:

• Credit card metadata: issuer name, last 4 digits, credit limit, balance, APR (Annual Percentage Rate), payment due dates, statement close dates
• Monthly budget and spending transaction data (if you choose to use budget tracking)
• AI chatbot conversation history
• Quiz progress and scores

What We NEVER Collect:

• Full credit card numbers (PAN)
• CVV/security codes
• Passwords (we use passwordless passwordless sign-in)
• Social Security Numbers
• Bank account login credentials

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our tools
• Not share your account access with others
• Not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or unauthorized scraping
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Plan: No credit card required, limited features
• Paid Plans: Monthly or annual billing via Stripe (our payment processor)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Monthly plans: access continues until end of current billing period. Annual plans: no partial refunds after 14-day window.
• Refund Policy:
  • Monthly plans: Cancel anytime, no refund for current month
  • Annual plans: Full refund if canceled within 14 days of initial purchase, pro-rated refund thereafter
  • AI Top-Up purchases: No refunds, credits expire after 30 days
• Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep current rate until renewal.

6. AI Chatbot ("Trusty") Terms

• Educational Only: Trusty provides general credit education, not personalized financial advice
• Usage Limits: Monthly chat quotas based on your plan tier (FREE: 20, Sky: 120, Orbit: 400, Nebula: 1200, Galaxy: 2000)
• No Sensitive Data: Never share full card numbers, CVV, passwords, or SSN with Trusty. Our system blocks this data, but user discretion is advised.
• Accuracy: AI responses may contain errors. Always verify information before acting.
• Data Usage: Trusty accesses your stored card data, budget, and transactions to provide context-aware responses. This data is not shared with third parties.

7. Data Security & Privacy

• Security: Your data is protected during transmission and when stored on our servers
• Access Controls: Strong authentication and security measures protect your account
• Third Parties: We share data only with essential service providers (Stripe for billing, OpenAI for AI features). See Privacy Policy for details.
• Your Rights: Access, export, or delete your data anytime from account settings

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive behavior (spam, harassment, threats)
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Automated scraping or unauthorized automated access

You may delete your account anytime. We'll purge your data within 7 days of deletion request.

9. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: TrustyBooker name, logo, design, software code, and algorithms are owned by fifynow LLC
• Your Content: You retain ownership of data you input. You grant us license to use it solely to provide the Service.
• Restrictions: Don't copy, modify, or redistribute our software or content without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CREDIT SCORE CHANGES, DECLINED APPLICATIONS, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fifynow LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
